Some history ...

The bike was originally found by a collector friend of Vittorio Tessera in the 80's in rather bad condition.  The cyclinder was missing and so was the wheels.  It belonged to a Innocenti sales shop in Ferrara Italy that had originally made all modifications to take part to local races in '54 ( as stated by sources ). Vittorio bought it , restored it with some special parts and eventually sold it to Tino Sacchi, a well known collector Milano, Italy.  He raced the bike again in the Milano - Taranto races in either 1989 or 1990.  Some years laters, it was sold to another name Davide. The bike was never used in all those years and was locked up in storage.

Always searching for more history and pictures .....  If you know anything about the bike, please fee free to contact me.  Would love to find pictures showing the bike in the 1954 race !
